Also, our speech-to-text transcription is handled by Deepgram.com with zero-retention of audio after processing. Refer to Deepgram's Compliance Guide for their no-storage policy. Our app adheres to SOC 2, HIPAA, and GDPR standards for voice data.

By accessing or using any of our products listed on the SakuraMind.com web site (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.

Our products provide AI-generated conversational experiences for educational and entertainment purposes. The AI may simulate personalities, voices, and responses, but all outputs are computer-generated and do not represent real persons.

The Service does not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, relationship, or professional advice of any kind. Any content generated by the AI is for entertainment only. You agree not to rely on the Service for any decisions related to your mental health, safety, or well-being.
5. User Input and Content
You are responsible for all text or information you submit to the Service. You agree not to submit:
- Illegal, harmful, or abusive content
- Personal data of any third party
- Content intended to exploit, harass, or harm others
- Attempts to manipulate or misuse the AI system
You grant our company a worldwide, royalty-free license to process your inputs for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. Our company expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Suitability for any particular purpose
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our company shall not be liable for:
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, emotional distress, or relationship-related harm
- Any actions taken based on AI-generated content
Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to discontinue use.
